Crash when entering/exiting buildings

Playing ultimate edition, off of steam. Have some experience modding--modded oblivion and skyrim, and was generally able to navigate any problems I had myself. But I've been dealing with extremely consistent crashes when entering and exiting most all buildings. I've Suffered in silence till novac, but now I can't deal with it anymore and am seeking the forum's help.

 

Here's my load order, my computer should be able to handle this game no problem so the load order is literally the only thing I can think of that's causing the crashes.
