They're trolling the site to purposely cause trouble. Even if you're 100% against censorship, I think it's still reasonable to not want the site to be used for that kind of nonsense. I'm sorry but what you're saying here is actually worse than censorship. Your purposefully making assumptions and declaring that you think action should be taken on what you think might be the case, with no real evidence or citation to back up those claims. Inflammatory content, username that's a jab at "social justice warriors", sparse file description, the "author" (if you can call them that) hasn't submitted a single other mod for any game in the Nexus network ever, I suppose if you're catastrophically naive all of that adds up to nothing. And at the end of the day, it's the site admins' decision not yours or mine. It's their site, and they're not obligated to host anything, especially if it looks like someone is purposely poking a toe over the line on the rules to see what happens. First, this is a privately owned site. There is no such thing as freedom of speech here. This site is also subject to UK laws as this is where the site is hosted. Just because we don't try to play thought police does not mean that there are not cases where people abuse what permissions they are given to fabricate issues for their own agendas, or that these cases will not be answered to. Second, racist or intentionally offensive names or propaganda is not permitted on this site as per site rules. Site staff reserves final right in deciding what content is or is not in line with those rules and will judge so on a case by case basis if needed. Both these are mentioned as part of site TOS.
