About the "Talos Worship and Amulets", This is one I believe is a bit divided. First we Are in Skyrim after all and much of the land is occupied by Stormcloaks and people that seem to want to kill the Thalmor, most if not all of these people also would worship Talos. The Imperial's seem to not take a side in what I've seen about Talos. Citizens agree with, Imperials don't care and only the Thalmor dislike it; from this I'd think if the Thalmor see the DB wearing the Amulet then it gets serious otherwise "so what or I agree".
