Follower Cait don't move

I have had Cait for a long time as my follower and romantic companion. But now she stopped moving.

I can interact with her, and she goes through cell-transitions fast travels with me, but doesn't run behind me or moves when I tell her to do.

She isn't overencumbered and other followers move normally.

I tried to use tcai/toggleai and disable/enable on her, which didn't do much.

Anybody an idea what to do here?
