Froz3nFallout Posted November 24, 2015 Share Posted November 24, 2015 I was wondering if during this time, would it be possible to make a Nuclear Winter! ive always thought it would be a cool idea and since Winter is coming(see what i did there?) if anyone could make it happen in fallout 4? even just adding some Snow to the ground or that falls from the skyy would be cool. Maybe even make some festive changes to diamond city? or add some festive models for settlements. but i know the creation kit isnt out(atleast thats what i heard) so i dont know if any of this is even possible!
