Mods to turn in combat blocking actions off?

Any way or mods that turn off the "not now, I'm in combat" functionality that prevents you from doing certain actions when in combat?

 

For example you can't eat or craft during combat by default. I want to turn this totally off so you can do all actions during combat.

I think there was a Wyre Bash option that allowed you to craft in combat

thanks for replying. i need something that just allows you to do every action during combat though.
