Elvis666
The default way to tag components (eg Gears, Oil...) isn't very user-friendly imho. For instance, the resources needed for a Drum magazine weapon mod are: Adhesive, Screw, Spring and Steel. If you have all the necessary components except for the Adhesive, you can't tag Adhesive while not untagging one of the other components (given that one or more were already tagged).Keeping in mind that when you want to tag/untag a specific component, you have to have access to any crafting bench. I'd love a way to tag/untag the components separately. I'd be satisfied if it was possible via console commands.Ideally there would be an interactive list in the esc-menu or pipboy. I've been looking around for a way to do this mod myself, but I have no experience whatsoever in modding bethesda games. Still if there's anyone who can point me in the right direction, I may have a go at this myself anyway.
Khaelgor
You can tag component without accessing a workbench. Go to your pipboy -> inventory -> junk -> component view. You can tag component there. Trying to tag component at a workshop is a nightmare. You need to have at least one component in your inventory to tag it, though. The game doesn't do a very good job explaining every thing. It would still be nice to have this list updated to include even the components not currently in your inventory though!
