Cannot Upload a File

Whenever i try to upload a File i get two error's that aren't correct. The error's are:

No file id has been specified.

This file does not belong to you.

 

and i have specified a file id and the file does belong to me, i have tried to upload it from serveal computers including my own atleast three times.

 

i have been able to upload it to fileplanet tough.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me?
