NMM Crash

So, ran NMM, started Fallout 4, crashed PC... restarted, now everytime I run NMM I get two errors:

The previous time I ran NMM I saved the profile which I have never done before, though it did not crash when I did that...

 

It looks like its trying to update the .NET config file for the application?

 

 

When I check out the config file under AppData its not valid... (Attached and renamed to .txt).
