NMM mod options window

so what i have is a idea for a fallout 4 mod but i want the player to be able to choose what parts of the mod they want when installing it on to nmm. so when they go to install the mod using nmm it will bring a window up showing them a list of options and tick box's for them to pick . i do not know how to do this but would like to know how as it will make mod uploading 10x easer.
