Joemarch
Windows 7 64bit-Sp1Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E8400 @3.0Ghz, 4Gb ram, Nividia Geforce Gt 610I started with a Radeon hd 5450 But it was very frame rate stutters. I have a optiplex 780 now this thing is a mini computer and the video card i have gt610 is sticking out the computer. i have the side off and the fan cools down the hard drive as well. I had to modify the io shield and modify the graphics card to make it fit.I believe i get around 20 frames per second and i used the mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/978/? this has helped the inside gameplay.. because during the inside gameplay i framerate stutter even with the 610. I do ok.. i mean its a toaster but at least i can play. I got my computer set up on a desk facing the window as its open.. during the winter this cools my computer :) i love the cold too. So if you think you cant play the game there are things you can do to play this. its not that bad.
