turretspotlight npc actor out of camera "acting distance"

I tried to mod the light: WorkshopTurretSpotlightLight01, setting it to shadow spotlight and increase radius, this is how I came across this:

 

If I place it and then turn away to the opposite direction, then its still working fine casting 3rd person shadow and rotating the light etc, after walking away some (not that far) it stops rotating around, the light is still on but no movement,

or it moves (more likely) but the rendered angle going to be the same as it was exiting this "distance".

 

If I turn around and face it it resumes moving but NOT where it stopped, turning away would stop it again unless you reenter the "distance".

 

The actor WorkshopTurretSpotlight "Spotlight" [NPC_:0022B18D]. But I guess has nothing to do with this. :confused:

 

You can't really test this in vanilla setting cause of the 1024 radius,

so set the WorkshopTurretSpotlightLight01 radius to 4096 for example

or get a mod with increased lamp radius or whatever in the description and try.

 

My question is, where I can increase this distance?

 

Point me to the right direction please.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough and also I can't change the topic.

 

To clarify here is a new description of my problem:

 

Spotlight movement would not render IF the light source is not in the camera AND the camera is at least like 20 steps away from it. (see starting post for more details.)

 

I'd like to set a longer distance than this.

 

Is there a more technical fo4 mod forum somewhere, where I might get an answer?
