jrbickers Posted April 9, 2011 Share Posted April 9, 2011 I've done some extensive searching through existing mods, this forum, and other resources and haven't come up with anything like I'm looking for so I'd like to request it here if at all possible. I want a mod that forces every single npc in the game to use the exact same skin, and for you to be able to chose what that skin is.
