stormmage Posted November 26, 2015 Share Posted November 26, 2015 How hard would it be to work on a mod that reworks perks (effects and what perk is at what level in the tree) and crafting material requirements? IE can it be worked on now or would I need GECK to be released and can it be done by someone with almost zero coding experience with minimal/moderate effort? jet4571 Posted November 27, 2015 Share Posted November 27, 2015 I would suggest looking at the Skyrim perk system and any tutorials for it then compare what you learned there to FO4, the systems are quite similar and it will help you to figure out the FO4 perks and how to change them.
