Mod Request for texture artists (blurry rocks)

Hi there!

You've all seen them, I guess you all hate them: those blurry (wet) rock textures along rivers and lakes.

Those bugged me in good old Skyrim as well and until now I have not seen any mod fixing them.

Maybe someone is willing to tackle them?

I have already tried "Vivid Fallout - Rocks" and "Rock On" but both mods didn't do anything.
