I am sure many of you know it...there was an RPG put out by Palladium books called Rifts (and several linked RPGs) that aside from some stat conversion issues I think would make a kick ass total conversion mod for FO3...sort of like that one for TES4 whos name I forget. It is a project I'd love to work on myself but I'm so far entirely useless as far as modding goes. Any of you think it would even be possible though?
