I've asked for this before but nothing ever came of it.I'd like to see some power armour that actually looks like it belongs to scavenger in a post apocalyptic wasteland. I'm talking mismatched bits, pouches, tools and a generally cobbled together appearance. Probably using the NCR heavy armours backpack. Why has this never been done?
