Ryouga
... I think most people agree that the people of Oblivion aren't exactly pretty to look at. They're bulky, they don't have much variation when it comes to build, and particularly the face textures are bland and uninspiring (well, at least they don't really hold up to closer inspection... which there's a lot of in the game). I've noted several resources for creating a pretty player character, but has anyone undertaken doing a serious overhaul of all the NPCs in the game? As both tend to be altered by alot of other mods, there are conflicts. There are also other significant problems with editing NPC faces (doing a search for face and my name should give you the gist of it). Due to this, it really isn't practical to do anything outside of a few specific NPCs which are seen often enough.
Povuholo
You can use Beautiful People or Improved Facial Textures to increase the face texture quality of every npc and the player himself. There's also a large project changing the faces of every individual npc. You can download them per race, or as a whole. Download the separate TNR mods on this list, or the whole thing here.
