voidpunker
The settlement editor certainly makes it easier to place items where you want than using the grab button, but I'm still having a really tough time getting things positioned correctly. In FO3/NV, there was a mod called Feng Shui that let you precisely rotate and translate clutter items and static meshes on a three-axis grid. Does anyone know of a similar mod for Fallout 4, or have any tips to help me line up my broadsider with my perfectly preserved pies and nuka cola quantum? Puddycat
Not sure if there's a mod, but i've been using the console to position a lot of smaller ornamental things since i remembered how. getpos <x,y or z>setpos <x, y or z> <and then alter the postion shown above>....i recommend only altering it slighty till you see how much it's going to move. getangle and setangle work the same way. It's a pain at first but gets much quicker once you get used to how much an altered value is going to move something.
