problem loading any mod

at first when i tried to install a single mod i got this error:

Then afther reading some guides on the internet i:

-Downloaded the redkit, copied its scripts to my Mods folder as modBaseScripts

-Created a file called telemetryKeyword.ws to my content\content0\scripts\engine folder

-tried to install this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/809/ but it fails to install

and afther all that if i try to run witcher 3 i get this smaller error:

Error [modbasescripts]game\behavior_tree\tasks\reactions\bttaskisman.ws(15): Class 'CBTCondIsManDef' already defined.

Error [content0]game\cameras\exploration\driftcamera.ws(131): Class 'CCameraRotationControllerDrift' already defined.

Im running Windows 10 64 bits and my game its the GOG version updated to 1.10

Any help would be apreciated, thanks

Above is the error I get, Windows 7 64 bits, GOG version fully updated and with all DLC

Using script Merger v0.5.4 with all dependant programs loaded, and it is not detecting any conflicts.

Prob going to just give up trying to mod this game.
