File download resuming

HI,

I was wondering if you were going to bring back file resuming when downloading with a download manager, I use getright and when the files were at the old site file resuming was active for files under 2mb. I also notice a drastic decrease in download speed for files under 2mb. At the old site they would download at about 400 - 500 kb/sec now they download at about 40 - 50 kb/sec, or is this due to how many people are on site downloading. Also I get some zero file sizes on larger files, I think it is due to some of the characters used in the file name and how getright gets the file name, an example is & is one of them, if you know a work around this I would appreciate the info.
