I have a lot of ideas that I would love to see come true, but I can't code and generally suck at it.

So could some of you guys out there that can actually accomplish this make these dream come true? I don't care if you take my ideas as long as you just say something in the description about how the idea was mine.

 

1.) Holstered weapon perk - Holstering your weapon is kinda useless now since you have sprint, so I wanted to make a perk that would make holstering your weapon actually use full. I believe that it would belong to the Agility tree.

Level 1 = You gain an additional 20 carrying capacity and 10% move speed when your weapon is holstered.

Level 2 = You ready your weapons 20% faster.

Level 3 = When your weapon is holstered, you are 15% harder to detect while sneaking, and picking pockets are 10% more successful.

Level 4 = You bonus carrying capacity, percent increase in move speed, and weapon ready speeds are all increased to 30%.

2.)Unarmed Tree - To me it just doesn't feel like there is a difference between melee weapons and unarmed combat, I wish to change that.

Boxer Perk

Level 1 = You do an additional 10 damage with your fists or glove weapons.

Level 2 = Properly deflecting an melee attack while going into crouch will result in you performing a judo flip, throwing your opponent over your back and stunning them for a short duration.

Level 3 = Using a power attack while un-crouching will perform an uppercut which has bonus damage and a chance of knocking your opponent out

Level 4 = Landing a power attack while sprinting and jumping has a 50% chance in knocking out any opponent.

3.) A more extensive melee weapons tree

Slasher Perk - For edged weapons.

Level 1 = Kills with edged weapons have a 10% chance of terrifying witnessing enemies, causing them to flee, this chance is doubled for kills that end with decapitation or dismemberment.

Level 2 = Successful sneak attacks that would kill its target results in a menacing stab in the back that is completely silent and will terrify anyone that witnesses the kill.

Level 3 = Whenever an enemy notices your presence (ex. goes from "caution" to "danger") there is a chance that they will be terrified, this chance increase the closer you are to the enemy (max 50% chance).

Level 4 = Whenever you kill enemy that is using a ranged weapon with your edged weapon, there is a chance that nearby enemies will switch to melee weapons (and drop their ranged ones!).

Level 5 = Kills with edged weapons have double the chance of terrifying enemies and you gain 10 damage reduction when an enemy is terrified.

4.) Plot mods. For this I'm hoping for something like Project Brazil, with a bit of Project Nevada mixed in, I know it's probably too soon to be talking about alternate plot mods, but what the hay I think I have a good idea.

You discover that your main character is dying from a disease with no cure (lets say radioactive cancer) and the only way to save yourself is to meet with an ex-institute scientist. After meeting him (or her) he tells you that he can't save your body, but he can save your mind by downloading it to a computer. This computer can then be placed inside of a suit of power armor! (Essentially, you become a suit of Power Armor....yes I like FMA). Stimpaks, rad-away, and other aid items no longer heal you, but you are immune to radiation, your limbs can't be crippled, and your health is replaced with the health of the power armor itself (frequent repairs necessary). The downside is that you are in constant need of fusion cores. If a "hardcore" mode comes about that requires you to eat, drink, and sleep, in order to be healthy/alive, you will also be immune to these effects
