Hold breath = Bullet time

I got the idea while playing Sniper Elite. While holding your breath while scoped time will slow down by 5% and the slow down will increase by an additional 5% with each rank of sniper. I realize that this type of mod probably won't be possible till Bethesda releases the actual modding tools, I just wanted to get my idea out there.

I second that. I usually play sneak and snipe and it would fit like a glove.
