Nexus won't detect certain games?

So I downloaded Nexus Mods today, however when I open it, it won't look for the game that I want to mod. I just wanted Naruto Storm Revolution, but it won't look for it at all. Can anyone help me?

First off, it's not "Nexus" or "Nexus Mods", as that's the name of the website and community, but the "Nexus Mod Manager" (NMM) you're talking of. Keeping it named correctly will help eliminate confusion when people try to help with it.

 

And second, not "all" 216 current games you can find files for on this site can inherently be supported by the NMM, as every single game added to it comes with its own unique way of handling mods, and thus also a different way of how they're to be installed, and every time the developers have to add another module, or part of code, from scratch, to it to cover this, and of course they need to know how exactly the specific game's modding functions to begin with.

 

There's a complete and regularly updated list of all games currently supported by the NMM found right on the download page under "Works on...". Your game, "Naruto Storm Revolution", doesn't seem to be part of it, yet.

 

I'm afraid you'll have to do like many others with many other games right now and stick to installing manually, or use another mod manager that supports modding your specific game instead, for the time being.

 

Any questions regarding the NMM, future game support plans, its current development or state of work, or anything else, are best asked inside the dedicated NMM Open Beta Feedback forums, as that's where its developers are most likely to be scouting for new posts.
