Skpstr
Hi all, am just getting into modding my recently purchased FNV. I want to get rid of the yellow tint, but the only mods I've found are Fellout NV (which makes night too dark) and another one that only works with default lighting. (I'm using Rudy ENB) Is there something that will get rid of the yellow tint that will work with my ENB and keep nights as they are? Also, is Rudy the best ENB for a realistic look, or is there a better one I should try? One other question: what happens if I use a mod that requires DLC, but I don't use any? I'm mainly thinking of a mod that adds and retextures NPC faces. Edited November 30, 2015 by Skpstr
Skyviper086
I'd go with the nevada skies mod that you mentioned (which makes night time too dark) you can get the electro city light mod to combat that if you wish. (or something like that I forgot whats called) but hey you're mentioning realistic lighting. I'm not sure where you're from but gets really dark out there at night time. It makes those NVG mods worth getting too. Realistic ENB setting come in so many flavors I'd be hard for me to recommend one. I hate saying this but I think you should use your own judgement on which ones to get. Some did a great job at looking realistic and others kind of made everything look like Fallout 4. Skpstr
Ok, thanks, I will keep the Fellout, and look for some flashlight/NVG mods. And really, who goes tripping around in the dark on purpose anyway? :D As far as the ENB, I figured it was preference, I just wasn't sure if there was THE ONE that was universally accepted as the most realistic. Just to be sure, can I try different ENBs by just uninstalling/installing in the NMM, and reloading a save game, to save me going through character creation every time?
