Granola Girl: buys and sells plants located near a campfire, for all your tanning and meal prep needs (also sells rescipies) <for added in joke, put her in the great khans camp, and also let her sell "Brownies", and "Granola", purhaps make her trailer a VW>

The Survivalist: Next to a reloader and a work bench sells stuff needed to make weapons, sells ammo rescipies, as well as sells an ammo conversion service. Weapon Mods, etc.

Big Banger: located in the NCRCF, sells powder, primer, buys / sells empty brass, also sells/buys flamer fuel including "Hi Octane" and "Homemade" as well as three grades of Molotovs (probably put there for being psychatrically unfit for living in the NCR (he likes seeing things go BOOOOOOOM!) <also sells moonshine>

Uncle: an older guy who lives in fiend central, sells alcohol, namely fallout 1+2 rotgut, and "Bathtub" varieties of everything else. funny that the fiends leave him alone, may have something to do with a desire not to be on the recieving end of that coustom shotgun he's got....

Alice the Ghoul & Doc Hell: a pair of female Ghouls who set up camp in Black Mountain after Tabitha is gone, Alice sells salvage, Doc Hell is well another medical doctor, both can also be traded any form of Meat for Caps, Legion coin, or NCR dollars, Doc Hell is also interested in eggs too. Don't ask too many questions.....

just a bit of a wild wasteland add on for Granola Girl, with and without wild wasteland she's got green hair, and automatically converts dirty water into mass purified water after an exchange. With Wildwasteland she has more HP, is vulnerable to fire, gains a hallucinagenic effect, has all solar related perks, and if robbed you can steal a Vault jumpsuit from her trailer. (yes wild wasteland makes the hippie girl a human/plant hybrid)
