CTD help with load order request

I am trying to sort my load order. It doesn't Crash on load, I can start the game and play around for a bit, but eventually it crashes. This is my load order. Loot gives no errors, and I manual sorted to fix a few issues with the sorting that loot missed.

My best guess would be hmkLockOn. It crashes for me in certain places.
