blackhand8657 Posted December 1, 2015 Share Posted December 1, 2015 First)If I have a SPECIAL stat, like charisma, at lvl10 and wear something that adds +2, would it make it lvl12, like how with Skyrim, even with a skill maxed to 100, you could still boost it over using potions, enchanted items, ect. Is there a cap to SPECIAL bonuses? Second)Other than Moe (Swatter) in Diamond City, is there any other merchant who sells wood shipments? I did notice that after investing with Myrna in Diamond City, she had 5 steel shipments available, I dont know if investing with Moe would do the same... Anyway, any feedback would be appreciated.
