jeffjcnwood
Howdy all Older gentleman here with 20+ years code/hardware/etc. experience so I'm hoping (read: didn't forget something stupid) I did what I was supposed to do for adding mods to Fallout 4 but they don't seem to be activating. Running newest build 64bit Windows 10 Pro, with Stardock's Start10 shell on a top end Dell Precision M6800 that's 6 months old, 512 SSD, 16 gigs ram, Blu-ray, etc.. Run numerous Steam games, and have been playing Fallout 4 since it was made available. Signed up and downloaded the newest beta Mod Manager program, installed, running as Administrator, used Notepad per video instructions to edit the ini's (verified) .. then downloaded Vivid Fallout 4 and Settlement Supplies Expanded 2.5.. used the Mod Manager, clicked the checkmark button, they show with green arrows.. runt he loader for Fallout 4 .. hit Play .. then nothing's changed. I exited the game and notice in my Users/(my name)/AppData/Local/Fallout4/ that the plugins.txt file isn't showing anything new, while DLCList.txt shows Safe SSEx.esp (shrug). Any suggestions on resolving this? Thanks! Jeff
jeffjcnwood
I also notice when under the Plugins tab Safe SSEx won't stay checked marked no matter what I try once I start the game.
