GentlemanlyPyro
Everytime I load up the latest version of NMM and check my load order, all but Fallout4.esp are checked, even though some are working in game. The worst part about this is that the one mod that doesn't seem to want to respond is a darker night's mod, especiallly this one.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/191/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D191%26preview%3D&pUp=1My other mods are unaffected by this and it is diriving me up a wall, because sometimes I cannot tell what mods are working and what ones are not. Druuler
Do you have the Beta patch installed? From what I understand from reading similar forum posts, the Beta patch automatically deactivates the mod .esps/prevents them from loading, so players can properly report issues in the vanilla game. If you are using the Beta patch, and are not interested in reporting bugs to Bethesda, you can disable the patch via your Steam account. GentlemanlyPyro
I am opted out of it, if it is what I think it is. It is under Fallout 4> properties, right? If that is it then yeah that's not the issue because I am opted out of it.
The6thMessenger
Here a small trick, go to your AppData Fallout 4, modify the Plugins.txt to Read-Only. That should work. Everytime you have to add stuffs, you have to reapply the Read-Only portion. This is because the game constantly rewrites plugins.txt
Druuler
Yes, I do believe that is where you "toggle" it. What The6thMessenger has suggested has been stated to work several times, as long as the Beta patch is not being use. I hope that fixes your issue. :)
Zako1989
Did you insert the line "bEnableFileSelection=1" (without quotation marks) in your FalloutPrefs.ini under the [Launcher] section?
bben46
http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation IF you originally had the beta enabled, just disabling it doesn't make it didn't happen. You will need to run the verify game cache after disabling it to reload the old version.
