Enable stored workstation items to be shared (not just junk items) across all settlements.

So for example you can stash, guns, armor, food (etc) at say a Sanctuary's workstation and then you can pick them up from a different settlement workstation such as the Castle. That would be awesome (and is the primary reason I'm stuck at Sanctuary).

 

Note: While local leader allows sharing building materials, it does nothing for sharing things other then junk.
