Runestones
Hi, if someone could help me, it would be much appreciated.I've been away from Skyrim and from modding it for quite a while now, just started again today.I actually uninstalled, deleted everything and have been reinstalling little by little. I was about to go into Tes5Edit just to clean a few plugins, as Loot stated they were a bit dirty but to my surprise, Tes5Edit wouldn't open. I mean, that is a bit wrong, it does open, for about half a second, then it closes by itself. No log, no error message, nothing. Just blinks on my screen when I double-click to open it and done. I have no idea what might be going on and searching on google I've heard about no one having this same problem. My game works, no problem there, NMM works, Loot works, Tes5Edit plays peekaboo...I'll see what I can do with just NMM and LOOT alone, but I'll definitely need it to merge a few plugins as I have about 297 mods to install and with only 23 of them I already have 32 plugins (besides the dirty edits I have to clean =/)
zilav
Hold Shift when starting TES5Edit to restore the default window position.
Runestones
Hold Shift when starting TES5Edit to restore the default window position.Doesn't make any difference. It's not that the window is out of my view, the problem is that it opens and closes in 0.5 seconds. I only see it blink on my screen. Opening as administrator or holding shift doesn't make any difference at all... Edited December 2, 2015 by Runestones

Antiviruses like Kaspersky and Avast are known to cause troubles with TES5Edit.

Runestones
I restored it to version 3.0.30 experimental and now it seems to be working, no problems at all... problem seems to be with version 3.1.2 =/...
Runestones
Up to version 3.1.1 it works, problem is only with version 3.1.
Runestones
3.1.1 was working perfectly, even merged a few plugins, and now it started again for no apparent reason at all! @.@
zilav
There is always a reason, and most likely not TES5Edit related. Something in your system is wrong.
Runestones
Found a way to make it work, somehow... and I actually have really no freaking idea how, but whatever, it's working, I'm happy, that's what counts.
