Homefront esqeness

I've had this idea goin around in my head for the past few days now of playing homefront, i want to create a quest that would resemble homefront in the story but also the feel and gameplay, one thing i enjoyed about the game was running through suburban neighborhoods and houses without load times it just flowed which this is similar to call of duty but this seemed freer. i also thought that the story of homefront and in extension red dawn would fit nicely into the fallout world. if anyone is interested i would like to gather a small team together and see where this goes
