Always use power armor inventory screen instead of pip-boy

The title pretty much says it all.

The power armor inventory screen is slightly more convenient than the Pip-Boy due to it having no delay, and a mod like this would also help for characters that used the console to unequip the Pip-Boy.

I apologize if anybody else has already requested this, I tried searching but I couldn't find anything.
