tehgonk
So I'm trying to remove the perception 6 requirement from the local leader perks but so far I've had no luck getting it to work in-game, even though it looks fine in FO4Edit. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like in FO4Edit: http://i.imgur.com/JIYTs1C.png And this is what happens when I look at the perk chart in-game: http://i.imgur.com/ts2KFOK.jpg I've tried different numbers (x.000000) in "Comparison Value" but it makes no difference. Using xEdit 3.1.3 experimental.
jef9999
Unless you're stuck on making it a mod I would just add it via console. Also if you have any other mods that modify perks they may be over riding. Make sure your mod is checked in the load order and last in the list. kyzhuchan
nop I tried it, I have the exact problem that you have. My workaround was to swap local leader to cap collector and it works http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3899
tehgonk
nop I tried it, I have the exact problem that you have. My workaround was to swap local leader to cap collector and it works http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3899 Yeah it sucks. I actually asked this exact question over on the FO4Edit page and Sharlikran gave me this answer: There is a pretty good chance that Perk is not fully decoded. You can try the new version in the file FO4Edit 3.1.3 - a4ba437 but it still may not work until we can update all the records after the release of the GECK. Unfortunately, it still didn't work after updating to the latest build. I guess I'll just have to give myself those perks using the console if I'm not already planning a charisma heavy build, at least for the time being.
