G.E.C.K Request - Gabriel Tosh

This is a request for a mod for when G.E.C.K is released.

I'm a huge fan of the Spectres from Starcraft, specifically Gabriel Tosh,so basically what I would want is whats in the image in the spoiler as a mod in the game:

 

• Hairstyle
• Facial hair
• Armour (including glowing effects)
• Suit (including glowing effects)
• Weapon (using gauss rifle projectile coloured red)

 

If possible:

• Activated on/off cloaking with a red spectre effect lasting a few seconds with a few more seconds cooldown, ends when attacking. To allow for a way to vanish from sight and attack from cloak, spectre style.
