elflibble
Quick and simple, I've been looking for a modification that allows one to move NPCs that have been rendered unconscious and limp (as by fatigue damage, like say from a timed fatigue-damage spell.) as one would move corpses. I've had no luck so far. If there is such a Mod, I'd love to know about it. If there isn't... It's a fair idea, no? Also, am I the only one disappointed you can't kill Daedra by paralyzing them under spike-lifts, then calling the elevator down on them?

Quick and simple indeed. ;)I highly recommend using Realistic Physics and Force as well, though; makes picking up bodies much easier. You can even throw them off bridges. :)

I coulda sworn I explained this somewhere already, but can't find the topic link... Guess I'll have to type it out again. While there are .ini and ingame settings that hint that you should be able to grab and move living things, the actual ability to do so seems to be taken out or disabled completely. One guess as to why was to avoid having animation problems because of the player tugging on people. Rather than base the logic based on what animations were being run, they based it off the life state of the NPC. Living NPCs and things cannot be pulled or grabbed, dead NPCs can. One example of this would be essential NPCs who can be moved when you reduce their health to 0, but will stop being moved the moment they come back to life (even if you're still pulling them). That said, you really can't do much about this. Even if you have a script running which would set an essential NPC to 0 health, they would still break free from movement after a few seconds, or be stuck dead. And that's about the best you'll be able to do.

I'm off to make said changes, and get to something I've long wanted to do in Oblivion. Chuck people off cliffs and into lava. What without the pain of having to paralyze and/or fatigue them, have them recover, and do so again endlessly. Update: Can't even find that line to modify in the .ini. Perhaps the last patch has removed it. Ah well, if it can't be done it's a shame. Still highyl appreciative of all responders.
Povuholo
Vagrant0, 'bAllowHavokGrabTheLiving' does work. If someone has a large negative amount of fatigue you can drag him around. When the shield bash of Deadly Reflex still caused Imps to get a few negative thousands of fatigue I was able to drag him around and throw him off a cliff. Elfibble: It's actually quite easy to drag people around, if you know where to grab them: A little below the thigh. You'll be able to pick up an NPC (as long as he's not covered in heavy armor) and hold him above your head.
Abramul
Also, you can use a low-powered fireball or shockball to throw unconscious actors around. As I mentioned a while back, I was able to blast the U from dive rock to right over the hill from Aerin's Camp. The terminal velocity, for men and mer at least, is ridiculously slow. Would probably need to change something in skeleton.nif to fix that.

scruggs
Can't even find that line to modify in the .ini.You want to look in the Oblivion.ini file in your My Documents\My Games\Oblivion folder, not the one in Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion. elflibble
Scruggs, once again you are a scholar and a gentleman. I've altered the correct .ini, and have already installed the realistic physics mod. Time to knock out some Daedra and send them for a swim. Thank you all again! Update: It all works as described. Better, in fact. The change to the .ini and the realistic physics mod allow me to pitch about even those merely paralyzed. All this with an Oblivion that has recieved the most recent patch. The game at last feels complete. Still, wish I could crush those daedra under that spike lift... Ah well, it's still better than I hoped. Again, my thanks.
