XCOM EU Not getting hurt in combat but gear being "damaged" anyway. Several pieces of gear at that!

Hi, I won't get hurt in fight but I'll return to base and see several pieces of gear damaged, usually the high value gear at that or worst one person may get damaged and all my arc throwers for example will come back damaged which is quite frustrating trying to farm live aliens, it's like the game KNOWS I'm doing that and damages those specific pieces of equipment.

if you have "wear and tear" secondwave option enabled then gear gets damaged on it's own
