Playable Arcade Stations

Sooo I know we have all seen the pinball machines and arcade boxes, is there any way to retexture those to be fixed, lit, and able to load a holotape to be a constant game terminal?

I know this is a heckuva long shot, but I would love to have a dedicated Arcade in one of my settlements. Maybe even do a custom box for each game?

I know this is probably really hard to do, but here is to hoping.
