Weapon First person camera like fallout new vegas

Hi. This is my first post, i fell so strange! I write for ask community to create a mod that set the first person camera with weapon how it was settable in fallout new vegas. I don't like the native weapon's crosshair, no more no less. I really thank whoever will spend some of his time for improve my gameplay.

I suppose that someone may know the method but eventually have no time; in this case, can someone tell me how to create the mod by myself? Thank for the help.
