ENB not loading at all

Trying to get an ENB preset up and running, but every time I launch the game, nothing happens. Which is to say it carries on as normal with no error messages, or any ENB-related messages. Just loads vanilla shaders and effects as though ENB wasn't there at all. All mod files listed below, regardless of load order as I do not use FOMM(which may have to change). Also using the large address aware fix.
