Why isn't the Kenny Loggins mod out yet?

Kenny Loggins mod was made for Skyrim and it changed the combat music to Danger Zone. I think it's essential to every game with combat. It's almost been a month since the release of Fallout 4, and nobody made a Kenny Loggins mod. I'm doing an Archer roleplay but it isn't really complete without the mod. Can somebody do it please?
