Legendary Modifications Fixlist.

In my opinion some of the Legendary Effects are somewhat... Stale.

 

Take the Plasma Infused one for example. Pure damage. Good for Low damage weapons, Useless for High Damage weapons. Would want it changed to a % instead like the Pure Damage one.

 

Same for the other ones that only add simple Damages.

 

Shouldn't be too hard, I myself lack the skills to do this but I'd greatly appreciate it if someone else did. I feel it's a much needed fix.
