LE Automatic relax animation

One would create a mod to run the animations automatically next to the objects, without necessity to use shouts?

Example: if I stand still for about 10 seconds stopped somewhere the character performs an animation drinking or read something, and if you are near a campfire he extends his hands to warm them. The mod frostfall hypothermia has a similar system, but works only for fire, I wanted some mod's to similar something.
