Weapon size scaling, is there a mod?

Is there a mod that scales the size of the weapons in Fallout 4? Some weapons are simply too big.

 

Does anyone know how to do this without the GECK?

That cannot be done with the CK, you will need to use Nifskope and Blender or 3ds Max to scale the meshes.
