NVSE Help

For whatever reason NVSE won't work for me whatever I do. I'm using Windows10 and the 4GB enabler but they wont mesh together. When I start up the game from the 4GB loader everything will work (such as Electro City and the NMC Texture pack) but NVSE and the mods that need it will not. for further confirmation I tried to get the NVSE version using console (GetNVSEVersion) but it, of course, would not work.
