Indal
Have you installed any Texture mods that might not got uninstalled even with NMM?I had this issue when i experimented with some retexture mods and the result was irreversible so i had to reinstall the game. Edit: Nevermind just saw that you verified your cache.
vTemporalZEROv
I have a possible solution, would it be possible for someone to upload to like mediafire, the files - Except the .exe, launcher, and the "Low", "Medium", etc. files from the main directory? Maybe mine are corrupted or I am missing something? That is all I can think of that might be able to help me out without reinstalling the whole game again, I have shitty internet so it'd take foreeeeeeeever again to do that. UhuruNUru
No point getting the files if you've verified cache, yours are fine but that doesn't refresh or check the files outside the Steam folder. If you delete the ini'sDocuments/My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout4.iniDocuments/My Ganne/Fallout 4/Fallout4Prefs.ini The game should replace them with the default settings, but you must run the launcher and the game for both. To be accurate that's from Skyrim, but it appears to work for Fallout 4 as well. The above assumes no mods or correct load order as that can cause the same failure to load. If that doesn't work, only a full uninstall and reinstall will fix the problem (keeping only the save games).
