guyinthecorner12
After recently respecing to a combat build, I have noticed that AP do not generate while in combat. I have the perk that grants 1 AP when you enter combat equipped, but it does not work. The mods that I am using are:Immersive HUDCustom LocalizationEnemy Scaling and Gameplay OverhaulFriendly HUDQuests on Map No Auto Sword Sheath I tried uninstalling ESGO, and I even did a clean install of the game but the problem persists. Has anyone else had this problem?

xxxVxxx
ok so alittle update. I figured out 2 ways to fix the issue. Both of them involve stopping to use ESGO. Option 1: Remove ESGO and load to an earlier save that you know had adrenaline points working. This method is the simplest but can end up loosing you a lot of progression in the game. If you have a recent save with working adrenaline points, this method is for you. Option 2: Use console command 'cleardevelop'. This will remove EVERYTHING from your invetory and reset you to lvl 1 with starting armor. I do mean everything. All your crafting materials, quest items, junk items, food, potions, oils. Good news is that your alchemy and crafting schematics and ITEMS IN YOUR STASH remain untouched. The most efficient way of doing this would be downloading a mod that allows you to put any item into your stash. Dump EVERYTHING into your stash(yes it wil likely take a while) then use the console command and rest to lvl 1. Use the 'levelup' 'setlevel(#)' 'learnskill('name')' and 'addskillpoints(#)' to manually bring yourself to whatever state you were in before the reset and continue playing without ESGO until the issue is fixed(if its fixed).EDIT: Gwent deck, map comletion, quests, bestiary, character bios and tutorials also remain untouched by the command!I suggest taking screenshots of your build screen to keep track of number of points, lvl, build etc. Good luck! gabo007x
Forget about uninstalling it, it works just fine. I can't believe I actually messed this up, but the issue is caused by not installing the mod properly. After installing the mod, you have to manually apply a preset (default or vanilla) for EVERY SINGLE SUB MENU of the mod. I had accidentally skipped the "Adrenaline Control" (or whatever it's called) sub menu. So all you have to do is to go through all your mod settings and reset them (as it says in the mod description) and Adrenaline Point generation will work as usual. xxxVxxx
That wasnt actually the case with me. It just bugged out and i had to go with the console command option. The author hid the mod for some reason. My guess hes fixing it. So guess ill have to wait for that.
umie214
has anyone figured this out yet? i tried adjusting every single sub-menu, as well as reinstalling the mod. i still cant generate any adrenaline. even uninstalling the damn thing and going back to vanilla doesnt allow me to generate adrenaline. edit: nevermind. i fixed this by 1) adjusting all the sub-menus first, and 2) loading up an older save, prior to adjusting the mod's presets.
