Endless Loading Screen

So, having just wiped my machine I decided to reinstall New Vegas, and install some mods. After about six hours of that, and even more troubleshooting I finally got the game to work and run without any problems. Then I started playing. Something which became quickly clear was the fact that loading screens were stuck. I can't enter any buildings in Goodsprings, because when I do the loading screen hangs. The loading icon spins, but I never load into the area. A bit of a pain, since interior areas are a pretty essential part of the game...

I'm really not sure what could be causing this because apart from it, my game runs perfectly fine. Here's my load order, which I've of course sorted with LOOT.
