NMM 0.61.3 fixes for Fallout 4

What's in the latest 0.61.4? This issue with the plugins.txt needs to posted to a sticky. I keep losing track of what procedure works and what doesn't.

Really? f*#@ mods. Game ran perfectly fine on ultra with no problems. download the pos mod manager now s#*! is locked in 800x900 resolution and in a f*#@ing bordered window. TF Bethesda and this site is a f*#@ing joke when it comes to mods.

Another one that refuses to accept responsibility for his own actions - funny the game, NMM and mods seem to work for several million other people - everybody else must be doing something wrong. :rolleyes:

only the plugin mods like better lighting and stuff were not working but file changes for graphics and animations were working
